Press the"Tran/PGM" button at the attendant handset (dial “9” or “0” to locate this handset)

Dial “041”, enter date as MMDDYY (if this is O.K. just press the “Hold/Save” or “O.K" key to progress to the time setting)

Enter the time in 24-hour format (e.g. 16:30 is 4:30) then press the “Hold/Save” or “O.K” key to finish
